Freight Estimates: You’ll notice that we don’t give freight estimates on our website. We like to speak with you directly to determine the best way to handle your shipping needs. Additionally, because rates are constantly changing, this is the best and most accurate way to ensure we are not overcharging you. We can normally get freight costs within minutes. You can also fill out the “quote chart” on our site to request an estimate.
Quotes: Our unique “quote chart” allows you to add products to your cart and request a detailed quote including any applicable freight costs. Most requests are answered the same business day. In fact, we typically get back in touch with you in just a few hours. We’ll also contact you with any questions to ensure our quote is complete and that you have the best possible price. You’ll then receive an invoice along with our terms and conditions. You can review, sign and date both documents and fax them to 714-694-1510 to proceed with your order.
Shipping: Once your order has been placed, we will need payment in full before any products are shipped. When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation including the freight carrier and the tracking number.
Methods of Payment: We accept most credit cards, e-checks and checks. This includes American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
